Elected in 2010 as MP for Bristol North West, Charlotte was previously special adviser to David Willetts, now Universities Minster, when in Opposition and co-authored the report ‘More Good School Places’ for Policy Exchange (2005), which first suggested the Government adopt the policy of ‘The Pupil Premium’.
