Sam Hall

Sam Hall is now the Director of the Conservative Environment Network and was formerly a Policy Advisor to the Secretary of State at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
While at Bright Blue, he was the Head of Research, leading Bright Blue’s work on energy and environment.
Prior to joining Bright Blue, Sam was a Parliamentary Assistant in the House of Commons, where he focused on energy and rural issues. Sam was educated at the University of Oxford, studying for both a BA and Master’s degree in Classics.
